Why should I book at the Springdale salon instead of mobile right now?

Our mobile schedule is currently fully booked, but the wonderful news is that our Springdale salon offers immediate availability to get your pup on the schedule. You will receive the exact same one-on-one personalized care, warm towels, and endless love—just inside our comfortable salon location instead of the mobile van.

What does kennel-free grooming mean for my dog?

We do not stack dogs in crates for hours waiting for their turn. We intentionally book appointments one at a time so your dog receives our undivided attention from start to finish. Except for safety reasons or rare special requests, dogs are never kept in kennels and go straight from their bath and styling directly back into your arms.

How long will my dog stay at the salon?

Because we work straight through from start to finish, dogs are not kept all day. We provide an estimated pick-up time at drop-off and send a text notification when your pup is nearly ready. Because we keep a calm, kennel-free space for following appointments, we kindly ask that you pick them up shortly after completion.

What should I do if my dog is nervous or dislikes grooming?

Please let us know before your visit! We have extensive experience working with dogs of all temperaments and anxieties. We never rush or force a dog through uncomfortable steps. Instead, we offer gentle reassurance, necessary rest breaks, and patience to build long-term trust.

How much does a grooming service cost?

Pricing depends on your dog's breed, weight, coat condition, behavior, and the specific service needed (such as full haircuts, bath packages, de-shedding treatments, nail trimming, or teeth cleaning). We are always happy to provide an accurate estimate when you schedule your appointment.

What special touches do you include in your baths?

Every bath is paired with gentle pampering, including our salon towel warmer so your pup gets wrapped in a cozy, warm towel immediately after their wash. We also feature high-quality products and carry delicious locally made treats from our small business partners right in the salon lobby.

Can you replicate the haircut my previous groomer did?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring inspiration photos or previous pictures of your dog. We will thoroughly consult with you during check-in to understand your preferences, coat goals, and lifestyle before touching a pair of shears.

What information should I share with you before booking?

We care about your dog as an individual, not just a haircut. Please be open and honest about medical conditions, skin allergies, joint sensitivities, behavioral history, or past grooming struggles.
