She loves taking time to discover each dog’s unique personality, giving them the individual love and peaceful attention they deserve.
Katy: Rescue heart and custom style
Katy combines skilled grooming expertise with an enormous heart for rescue animals. As an owner of several rescue dogs, she knows how to handle sensitive pups with gentle patience and unwavering confidence. To add a special touch of joy, Katy handcrafts custom, unique bows and bandanas for her furry clients to wear home with pride.
Betsy: Keeping our salon family running smoothly
Behind every seamless grooming session is Betsy. Working behind the scenes, she manages our scheduling, promptly answers client messages, and makes sure our team stays organized and supported. Whenever extra hands or loving snuggles are needed, Betsy is always ready to step in and help.
Carrie: Driven by purpose, grounded in compassion
As the owner of Paw Patrol and a proud veteran, my journey to finding my purpose hasn't always been a straight path. My love for dogs has always been something I could count on, and building Paw Patrol gave me the opportunity to turn that love into something meaningful. The values I carried through my military service---integrity, dedication, and loyalty--continue to shape the way I lead and care for every dog that comes through our doors.
I've never believed in the idea of being just the boss. I believe in being a team, growing together, and sharing a common purpose. Paw Patrol wouldn't be what it is today without the incredible people who stand beside me, and I'm proud of the heart, talent, and compassion each of them brings to what we do.
What started as a love for dogs has grown into something so much bigger: a team built on compassion, a community built on trust, and a place where every pup is treated like one of our own. I am proud of what we have built, and even more grateful for the purpose I've found along the way.
